Chicken and Spaghetti Squash Fritters

This recipe will blow your mind with how yummy and amazingly easy it is! Definitely a keeper and one that our family will be putting on repeat! What I love also is that this is a lower carb option. I LOVE my carbs and I tend to have them every evening for dinner so it is nice to go a bit lighter with dinner every once in a while. This one hits the spot while making me feel totally satisfied.

Containers 1 Red 1 Green

  • 1 rotisserie chicken ( skin discarded and meat shredded while warm)
  • 1 spaghetti squash cooked and shredded (if it is very watery squeeze in a paper towel to remove the water) * you may also use 2-3 grated zucchini in the spring time *
