Ahhh! my first progress pictures! this is just over 2 weeks of progress with Hammer and Chisel workouts, meal plan and Shakeology. I missed 1 workout and had 1 cheat meal. Man....not bad, not bad at all!

I absolutely loved this 60 day program, I can not believe what it has done for my body! This workout comes with 13 different workouts and is maily based on weight lifting.
